We don’t just buy land; we inherit responsibility.
Ash grew up in rural Canada, where open landscapes and small communities shaped his belief that land is the foundation of every lasting enterprise. That perspective led him to work on city-building projects around the world, from early-stage developments in Ukraine to large-scale real estate ventures in Central America focused on resilience and growth.
At CDIC, he brings that global experience back home, building a nationwide land portfolio guided by the same principles of stewardship and permanence. He leads strategy and acquisitions with a focus on disciplined investing, trusted partnerships, and creating assets that endure for generations.
